I have had 9 calls from phone numbers starting with 03706634 claiming to be Facebook and asking me to click on a link. Every time you block the number they message later or sometimes immediately, with a different phone number and a new link saying there is unusual login in details. I think it could be a scam.

26/09/2017. This recorded message told me that this message was for me from the HMRC and I had to phone another number as I was in serious trouble. So obvious its a scam, - if the message was for me personally how do they know who answered the phone.
