Recorded Message received at 13:29 on 1st Nov 2018 claiming to be Nicole from BT saying that my IP address had been compromised and that if I pressed 1 on my handset that their engineers would rectify the problem, otherwise ALL of our internet and Wi-Fi service would be suspended within 24 hours (see also 01939848683) for same threatening message.
This is a scam call from someone saying they are from Microsoft online support and that our computers have been repeatedly sending critical error messages. Told her we have full IT support from a 3rd party but she assured me ONLY Microsoft can deal with the issue. Number now blocked.
