Emailed me fake tenancy agreement, fake deposit protection service document, then gives sob story about being hard of hearing and wanting to move near her family and has been messed about by other potential tenants and needs the deposit now. Looked up the fake name that was given (Denise Peyker Couchman) and hundreds have been conned. We avoided that. Also using 07537182225.

Ws called by someone with a Manchester accident telling me I was involved in an accident in Sept 2014 and the 3rd party had come forward claiming to still be experiencing discomfort from it. There was no accident, when I told him this and asked him what he was playing at he hung up. I have now blocked this number but from all these comments it appears they use several different types of numbers.

I received a worrying call from this number. They rang me. I missed the call. When I rang back they denied phoning me, shouted at me, told me no one was there and hung up. I reported it to the police.
