Pretend to be from your phone company. Attempt to obtain information. As soon as said not due an upgrade they hang up. Aggressive with attitude. Blocked !

Genuine incoming number from an NHS team based in East Lancashire.
Seemed like a scam line - claimed to be BT with a message abut my internet connection being cut off.
SCAM - Not from national insurance.
Calls all the time. Never calls long enough for you to answer the phone.
Defo spam, do not call back or answer.
