SCAM Claimed to be from BT calling about internet, and having other connections on it. Would not expand on what the so called problem was. Address me by an incorrect surname, which only originated from when Santander outsourced their service to India. It was an Indian girl speaking, with a busy background office noise, clearly scams are an industrial scale originating from India. I’m on the BT call monitoring service too, so clearly it doesn’t always work.

Informed that computer compromised and will be cut off within next 24 hours.Did not proceed any further with phone call and hung up. Second such call but from a different no in past few weeks.
