Text message to call this number, claimed to be from Lloyds bank and to call to lift an internet account suspension. I called the number and got a series of requests for Bank, account number, long card number, expiry date, three number security from back, date of birth and mobile number. I provided a series of random numbers and the message continued that I would receive a text and to follow the link. No doubt this would have led to another attempt to extract ID information.

I received a call from this number. It's happened many times and I'm getting totally fed up with it. No one speaks when you answer the call. I dialled back this time. But the line said the number is not recognised! Fuming!what the hell is the point in number preference?? If the companies get fined where our part of the payment.?? We are the ones having to keep answering these calls. It's just not fair! Where does the money go? Because it doesn't stop them calling does it?
