Chinese lady called me, spoke very quickly. Not sure she mentioned the company name or hers. Said would mail me tomorrow with details of a teaching job as she had seen my CV on a job website. Which one I would like to know as I specifically did not want my details passed to anyone but the job website and legit companies offering jobs that are relevant!

They called regarding a motorcycle I was trying to sell to them online. They increased the offer marginally and came and bought the bike with no hassle, happy days!

These guys call saying they are from EE and offering special deals. Then they asked for my personal information. When I questioned why they needed my data they stated that the number they called on (which appeared on my handset) if listed on the EE website under the security section. I hung up and checked. No such number on EE s website, so I call a contact I have at EE and she checked and stated the number is most definitely NOT EE and I should not treat the call as an EE authorised call. THIS IS NOT BT, CALLED ME AND SAID THEY WERE FROM BT AND WERE REVERSING THEIR PRICE RISE AND WOULD SPEED UP MY BROADBAND SERVICE. ALARM BELLS WERE RINGING IN MY HEAD, HE DID NOT ASK FOR MY BANK DETAILS BUT DID ANSWER MY DATE OF BIRTH QUESTION. HE SAID HE WOULD EMAIL ME WITH MY NEW UPGRADED DEAL.
