Silent call I can see this person called me twice but left no message...I have no idea who they are.

With the sounds of a call centre in the background a lady with a foreign accent said "Hello". I didn't speak (I never respond to call centre calls) and after saying "Hello" a couple of times more she hung up.
He said he is from o2 network But i am not even their customer Scam alert
