Call from this number. Attempted bank scam "unusual activity, press 1 for further details" etc. Confirmed a scam call by bank.
I had a call yesterday when I answered I was asked it I was Mrs A when I said yes the phone was immediately put down, I phoned back but no one answered, I had another call from the same number today .I'm worried as to why they have phoned me and know my name .

Visa scam
Scam phone call from allegedly bank security. Recorded message claiming two charges made on my unspecified account - one a foreign money order and the other a payment to Amazon.
SCAM - Caller was offering me a job but had no idea who I was or what the job was about, claimed to have obtained my number from a business to business website. No experience neccessary as full training would be given.......caller probably from Asia, quite difficult to understand
07926 426228 Said they were from Curry's PC World offering some sort of phone deal. I could barely understand what was being said. My number is on TPS, so they haven't bothered checking. Draw your own conclusions.

Charged for 48 minutes on this premium number on 24th February 2023. Unable to find out who owns this number. Looks like a scam
Upon answering it plays an automated about HMRC trying to send a letter that had been returned. Hung up after 1 sentence, but this is likely Fraud/SCAM.
Person told us we owed money for TV cover we don't have.
SCAM Pretending to be my daughter asking (in a text pretending the phone was damaged so they couldn’t speak to me) for £1220 urgent into her account. I refused and told them no. They persisted “I’m not lying”. I didn’t believe them. I called my daughter who clarified it was not her.
