Called my mobile and says O2 promotion, but then doesn't know my number to txt me the offer how is that possible!! Got to be a scam and I am not with O2 anyway.

this number 07587068933 called i missed the call but i rang back and got the opperator saying incorrect phone number please check and try againwhich i did but got same reply.....dont know how they do this....but sounds like a scam call to me.
Said was EE, then didnt know any information about my phone line or bill and told me to 'go to the hell'
