We found these charges suspicious and unauthorised because you have never used these services for this large amount in the past. To allow and authorise these charges press 1, and to cancel this charge and talk to our representative press 2, and to listen to this message again press . . . . “

Called asking for someone by name, who doesn't live at this address any more. I asked, who's calling please? They repeated the name. I asked again, who's calling please? and they repeated the name AGAIN. I then said,. NO, Mr X isnt calling, you are... Who are you? to which they muttered,. "oooh someone got up on the wrong side of bed this morning, good bye". Never had a chance to find out what it was about, but based on the name asked for, and past history, it's probably to do with
