Called several times. Presume to be in error but why call so many times when call is not answered. This I do consider to be a cold call contrary to comment from MD of Paragon. This needs to be stopped.
Answered to no response and then they hung up.
Bank alert, told me that two large transactions had gone from account. Didn't say what bank or use my name. Cancelled call and accounts are all ok so must be scam. Blocked.

SCAM - pretending to be from the HMRC stating there's a criminal case against me for tax fraud - they then ask me to dial 1 for more details - presumably to transfer me onto a premium rate line.

16 Jul 2021 - Rang to say an appointment was needed to fix my smart meter that doesn't work. They told me to ring 0808 501 5200 (E-on Next) to make the appointment which I did. When I got through I was told that they had no record of the call, it must have come from E-on Energy. After a long arguement I gave up.Reply
