SPAM - claims to be 'James from Carphone Warehouse'. Carphone Warehouse themselves have posted on social media to say this is a scam and they are not involved in anyway with this.

SCAM, Indian chap wanted me to install anydesk to fix my amazon account. got pretty sweary when I managed to waste his time for 15 mins!
Automated voice said it was the office of national crime (or something to that effect) and that they'd have to suspend my national insurance number. Hung up at that point.
Fraud - claiming to be from HMRC and stating a fraud claim has been lodged. Attempts to scare you by saying rejecting the call will automatically issue a warrant.
