No one there when I answer the phone, after a few seconds the lady said she was calling from some advice company. I said no thank you and hung up

Automated call Just caught back end on my answer machine. Money taken from my card to a foreign destination. Press one to stop payment. Suspected scam possibly dangerous?? Not followed up blocked and deleted.
Silent call then cuts phone off.
