When you call back just get an automated american accented on hold "your call is important to us please hold and an agent will be with you shortly" call never gets picked up as after 2-3 minutes it says goodbye and hangs up. Suspect it is a call centre for ppi, an accident I've never had or solar panels. No message ever left. Number of calls makes it a nuisance.

SCAM Indian chap called ‘Steve’, said he was from Virgin media and wanted to fix the fault on my internet connection. Told him I didn’t have a fault as I was connected and working on it whilst he was speaking. He put the phone down. This is the 4th call I’ve had today from this 02084 number. Very annoying as I’m with Virgin and my landline is supposed to be ex directory; I can’t even block it ????. Yet another reason for leaving them!

She said she was from life insurance. I don't need life insurance I told her, to which she replied "oh I'm not selling its a free review". That would mean it is the company who I have life insurance with.... you would think! I'm not sure if she had a bug in her throat but she couldn't speak after that then hung up. Nuisance calls need more penalties. I really am not always in the best moods to be dealing with such ****! Today was a good day!
