Indian sounding chap rang saying he was calling on behalf of "Telephone Preference Management" and asked if I was receiving nuisance calls and if so they were going to upgrade my service so that I will not receive any nuisance calls for the rest of my life. He knew my name, wife's name, daughter's name, address, post code and that I was with BT. Well for a start I am not with BT and when he asked if I paid my telecoms bill by direct debit then it was time to politely tell him goodbye.

Called today ref my EE phone contract. Answered the call, listened, I hanged up during his banter. Put on my phone blocked list. Note 4 has that facility. End of calls from them.
