They have no information on my appliance as it was fitted by friend who runs a business in this market. It is a marketing company trying to sell something (of what use I don't know). DO NOT EVEN ENTERTAIN THEM. THEY ARE THERE TO RIP YOU OFF. PUT THE PHONE DOWN ASAP.
