Suspicious. Claims to be from Hermes saying that they tried to deliver a parcel at a particular time and giving a web site to rearrange delivery. At the time they said they tried to deliver two of us were at home and would certainly have noticed an attempted delivery. The web site they give is www.findmyhermes.com/myhermes.
"Microsoft" scam, claims she's from Microsoft and there's a problem with my computer and wants to take over my computer to put it right (she must of thought was born yesterday!) so played along with her for a few minutes before calling her a scammer and that there is nothing wrong with my computer. She obviously wasn't happy but she kept the scam going so I kept winding her up making her more annoyed. Just some info for you. By law, if you receive any more than four phone calls from the same number, it is harassment and can be reported to the police. I had another number calling me up to six times a day and rang the police to see what can be done. I have just received two phone calls from this number and have not answered.
