I have been getting calls from this number for around 1 year. I have never answered it and do not intend to. If it was someone wanting to contact me personally, they would leave a message or text me. Called this morning, they ended call before I could answer. When I call back I cannot get connected as I m given an "incorrectly set up number" message, or alternatively it rings four or five times then disconnects with a beep.

Melville consultants visited my company saying they could appeal and reduce our business rates. The person who visited was Peter John. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs.
