SCAM - Person claimed they were from UK Insurance Department / Black Horse Finance. Had my name & first line of my address (somewhat disturbingly) and wanted me to verify further information for a PPI refund, even though I had never claimed for a PPI refund. They wouldn't give me a number to call and when I said this couldn't be correct, the date for claiming for PPI has long gone and companies aren't ringing people out of the blue years when they haven't claimed, he hung up.

I have got no idea who this is but Despite being registered with TPS we are still getting lots of unsolicited calls who when we answer there is no one there. There should be something which can be done to stop this
Guy called and could hardly speak English. Just keep asking him to repeat himself until he hung up. If you keep asking these people questions back they always hang up.
