SCAM. I didn't answer this as I don't know anyone with 020 number and they didn't leave a message. Probably a scam.
Also noticed this missed call just after 9pm, rang back and it was the NSPCC donation line to get regular sponsors - I made a one off payment to them recently

Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. now that i have seen the address and the location of the address, i believe this could be an agent for a charity that provides work for the blind. they then sell the products they make and pack via calls and delivery(very good stuff!)so i think it is legit. further i dont think they engage in cold calls only to people who have dealt with them before.

PPI automated call. Will probably be followed fairly soon after with a call from a private number with some snotty nosed git who knows more about you than you d like. Don t engage them. If you do have a PPI claim print the form from the FSA website and send it yourself. Thats all these guys do anyway and they take 20% (or more) of whatever settlement you get.....

It really has put me off using them as I can imagine they will harass me if I do go for a consultation.
