Happened to me on Friday. Said I was a student and had no money and walked off... he even spoke the same language as me which was shocking and made him so believable...
This is very similar to 0121 389 0863 and suggests in the same office. 0121 389 0863 is noted as being a nuisance call about accidents we have had or in my case not had. Now blocked.
FYI - same company different number 07788 164646 They just called me again from the number above.
Called saying I had had an accident that wasn t my fault.

Fraud Claim to be a company dealing with OVERPAID services such as gas and electric. Phone every week from various numbers all 020. Each time they try different approaches talking to you.
