As of writing, 3 different numbers tried to call me today (020 8956 2943, 020 8956 2230 and 020 8956 2601). They all start with 020, I don’t know anyone who owns those numbers, maybe the same individual is using different numbers to call me. Likely a fraud and now it’s harassing.

When I said I wouldn t give her any personal information without making sure she actually was from Vodafone, she offered to send me a text message to confirm (which Vodafone has never done). The text message came from 08700700191, which is not where my Vodafone texts normally from.

A washing machine warranty call. Caller with a London accent asked for me by name and said the warranty on my washing machine was due to expire and that she just needed to update the paperwork and said it would actually be cheaper, started by asking to confirm my postcode & address. This number calls and claims to be investors. Very rude individuals who call and push you to invest and they are so rude when you decline. They keep changing numbers but it is the same network of people - they are using different numbers to call - I have already blocked at least 10 other numbers they have used to contact me- stay well clear of them please!! If anyone has any idea how to stop them from calling please advise.
