01227 250421 Call 8.9. 2020; ‘Matthew’ claimed to be ringing about a government scheme for loft insulation; when asked for details, claimed to be from a company based in Oxfordshire; a question about why he was therefore ringing from a Canterbury location, was met with the response that his manager would explain when he contacted us. To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.
