Who was the caller
Financial services - PPI - telemarketer calling and asking about pensions and other things. Really nuisance sales calls received almost every day. It is waste of time.
Attempt at an O2 scam, told me I was entitled to a free gift and discount on my tariff as a loyalty reward. I then got sent text messages from O2 with a security code that the caller wanted (not given). It was an attempt to access/take over my account.

I got a call from this number today and it s *DEFINITELY* a scam that s cynically intended to mess up your PC and then charge you on your credit card to fix a problem which didn t exist in the first place.
