SCAM - Spoofed number running a telemarketing scam.

Odd. It searches as an apparently legitimate IT company, but I got an automated message about overseas card transactions. Has their number been stolen?

They sent me a message saying they’re from Three and I needed to fill update my billing information in order to not get ‘cancelled’, which is a bit odd since I use a Pay-as-you-go. They sent me a link to some authentic-looking website but with a suspicious URL.

SCAM Got a call claiming to be from Mastercard & Visa. Apparently I had made a payment of £600 to a foreign country. Hung up there. I don't have £600, so I don't think I'd be making such a payment. SCAM!

How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!

Recorded message saying it was Amazon and that they were going to debit my account by £79.99 renewal. If I disagreed with this then press 1 to speak to a manager. I'm not with Amazon and number now blocked.

Received a call from this number stating that its visa card fraud prevention. Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. Sound like scam be aware!!!

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.
