Automated call claiming to be from a bank fraud department with suspicious activity on a card for transactions of hundreds of pounds. No bank name was mentioned and it asked to either authorise payments or choose to speak to someone. When no choice was pressed immediately the call was ended.
They've sent me a WhatsApp message and it says 'this business works with other companies to manage this chat' then has typed that they were a woman at a banquet?

This number called me today saying with an automated message that there was a fraudulent charge for a US gambling site and if I wanted to no more I was to press one. 100% SCAM DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS!!! The bank would never phone u with an automated call and not identify themselves and ask u to press numbers like this. This is so they can get access to ur details. These people r TOTAL SCUM. Sales call, said were from O2. When asked how she had obtained my number, she was evasive. Asian accent, so thought it was from overseas. I am subscribed to the telephone preference service, so should not be getting marketing or sales calls. I cut them off and blocked.

Called @ 14.25 on 06/02/2023. Asian/Indian voice claiming to be from 'Traffic Management Services'. Call is purporting to be able to help with an accident within the last 2 years. I haven't had an accident in over 15 years. Told caller to cancel the call for the above reason.

After the worst experience of my life dealing or rather " attempting " To deal with Scottish Power it is a whole new experience dealing with British gas lite ,the simplicity surrounding B/gas is very nearly faultless , enter readings , receive bill online in minutes , pay by direct debit , wonderful the only fly in the ointment on a couple of times my meter readings were not as b/gas expected.
This is a SCAM caller pretending to be from Microsoft trying to HACK your PC to obtain person info and details. When challenged and after advising the caller I was an IT manager he just hung up.
