Fraud Pre recorded message posing as Credit Card company stating your card has been used twice this morning, one transaction supposedly for Amazon the 2nd I couldn’t quite understand but for large sums of money. Asks you to press 1 on your phone to authorise these transactions. Just put the phone down. I’m getting fed up with these people who think they can con other people out of their hard earned money.

Check your bank statements after receiving a call from these scammers, they will enrol you even if you decline their offer. All connected to Easylife & the DRMG group & will use your bank account details that you submitted when you purchased from Easylife !

Incredibly rude asian sounding man told me he was ringing from the citizens advice bureau about my unsecured debts. Asking for someone with a different name, informed him three times that wasn't my name but he kept talking over me. Told him I didn't have any unsecured debts he then asked me if I was dropped on my head as a child because I was a liar and obviously stupid. Absolute bunch of time wasters.

The person on the other end spoke very well and professional, saying that they were calling from HSBC, and were making me aware of activity in my account that looked suspicious, that money was being taken out by an advertising firm. IT IS A SCAM The person they named left here over 9 years ago and has updated her contact details with LLOYDS each time she moved. The question I would like answered is if LLOYDS know they have detected fraudulent activity on a card, why don’t they stop it?

This number is a scam number - phoning about My MS computer, which I don't have. As soon as I challenged she hung up. The accent was foreign, but using common English forename- it is 100% a scam line.

Robin called. Sounded foreign. Said he was calling from the call blocking and scam department. When I asked what company he was calling from he said "the national call blocking company limited" i said there was no such thing. Curious how this was 24 hours after "microsoft" called me and I told them I didn't believe them..... Told him the only legit call blocking was The Telephone Preference Service, and he hung up.
