SCAM This number appears to have been hacked by someone claiming to be selling advertising in a Fire Service journal.
I answered the phone. I spoke 3 times but they stayed quiet. I'm not willing to stay on the line only for those to get into my phone.

SCAM robo call saying that there has been possible fraudulent activity on my bank account. When I questioned them they refused to say what bank they were, and that they were the 'fraud department'. I am moving from BT because of horrific service. I received a short automated message from BT - stating that they were taking over my line. I called to query this. The guy who answered verified my number, but it was not my number. I told him it was not mine and he abruptly hung up. I called back - the second call handler couldn’t understand the situation and became annoyed and hung up. My phone rung again and it was a scam call centre from abroad offering to cover my washing machine but I was to pay today.
Just phoned but they hung up as soon as they realised it was a business number so no idea who this is

I missed this call but the number is very closesimilar to JudgeService who sent me a feedback survey for the car dealership I had recently dealt with and seeing other comments that it being a dealership survey suggests it was the same No message was left on the phone call but I did complete the survey online which came the same day on email and that quoted the dealership name and the contact that I had dealt with so believe to be genuine Im guessing the phone call was to ask to permission to send survey m
Claiming to be Currys PC World. I have no idea if they are or not but the call started of silent while the auto dialer connected. When I asked them how could I be sure it was Currys they just kept repeating they were from Currys. They hung up in the end.

SCAM A recorded message saying that money had been withdrawn from my account to an unexpected payee and I should press 1 (to ignore I think that was) or press 2 for help. Instead of dialling either choice I checked my online banking record. As expected, there was no trace of any unauthorised withdrawals so I blocked the number.
Asked if I had leaks / damp / mould in a council house and called me Samuel which is not my name. Spam!
