Was not suspicious as the gentleman was very polite and courteous at all times, however received two further calls today. Safe number to use, initially they called stating they are from CarphoneWarehouse, but the number was genuine from Viva Visa UK as regulated by OISC from the Gov.UK website, they seem to be victim of scam using their ID number in replacement - therefore if you are using their legal service then brilliant carry on, but if you are not then I would suggest blocking the number.
