SCAM txt telling me my Apple Pay has been suspended. & to click the link to get it sorted. I don’t use Apple Pay. Opened the PayPal app & checked that, all up & running ok on there. So obviously a scam. I fwd the txt to Action Fraud then blocked the number & deleted it.

It was a recorded message with a very polite womans voice stating she was from bank security advising that there was two suspicious transactions from my account one was £300 pound from Amazon and the other was a card transaction from abriad of £1300. The recorded message then asked me to press ONE to speak to an advsor. I hung up the phone immediately and called 1471 the call was timed at 1345 hrs on 26-01-2023,
They rang us up claiming there was a money withdrawal from one of my parents' bank cards or £8000, even though after checking no withdrawals were made.

After applying for a loan this company rang me multiple times a day i asked them to call me back after 6pm the first time as i was working and did want to see if they could help me but the I had 7 calls off the in 3 hours NOT one after the time I said I could answer, the following day the same company different number rang me 13 times between 10 am and 4:30 pm so i blocked those numbers, the following day i had a further 14 missed calls from this company off another 5 numbers. This number rang my mobile at 9.52am (21/4/23) - but on answering it came up as not allowed and shows as a missed call, so that raised a red flag. Initial research came up as a Sarah Oakley on LinkedIn advertising vacancies in the UK . However, this next search as come up as from being in Russia, making me even more suspicious of who or why they are calling as I have no connection to Russia or Sarah.
