Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. Rang and asked about a car accident I had been involved in that was not my fault. When I said no and that they should not be calling me she asked me when I had the accident! I again said she should not be calling me and she put the phone down.

Insulation "I'm your local energy consultant," he starts. I let him ramble on for a few minutes and then told him that I wasn't interested. Immediate call cut off. Checked the number that he called from. Local? Oh, then why are you calling me on behalf of an organisation that's apparently based in a town 200 miles away? Pure spam. They've called me before. Same patter. Same result. That's another of the numbers that they use added to my blacklist.

I received a call from this number today from someone claiming to be NHS Test and Trace but there was no way of verifying who the individual was so I was not willing to share personal information with him. If it is an NHS number then maybe they should send a text beforehand so the recipient knows the identity of the call. This is really important as there are so many phone scams going round and this was in relation to Covid19 where a lot of people feel vulnerable and at the mercy of the NHS.
