This was an unsolicited call which I let go to ansafone the message started automatically - It appears to be a scam call (not mentioning your name, but saying HMRC has taken out a lawsuit under your name & an arrest warrant has been issued under your name & urging you to press 1 to speak to your case officer ( a case number KN01297 is quoted & you are urged to press 1 to speak to the case officer) - Typical of the types of scams used against older people
Part of a Nuisance callers list of callers pretending to be Sky Tech Dept . I seem to have upset them when I challenged them as a scammer .

Mentions checking National Insurance number check. Obvious scam as some of the grammar is confused but quite alarming on first hearing. Not spam or a scam. They're Custom Insurance & Mortgage Solutions. I have my life assurance cover through them. They ring me every year to see if I need anything else.
This number claims to be TalkTalk but is NOT. This is a common scam call where the operator asks you to follow instructions on your computer. NEVER follow these instructions nor give any personal information out. If in doubt, put the phone down. TalkTalk has no way of knowing if you have a virus or whether other people are using your broadband.
