Asked to speak to person dealing with BT accounts. Would not send details by email, said it had to be done over the phone for call monitoring purposes. When quizzed, he said he did not work for BT but One Com who deal with Open Reach customers. Sounds like a marketing call to me so won't be getting a call back

He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs.
