although a pontefract code , Chris reckons he is from DFS in Head Office Doncaster. Even stating his postcode as DN6 7NA. He further states, saying there are hundreds of people at doncasetr DFS who could have phoned me here in Shrewsbury despite NO connection whatsover.

Claiming to be from OPUS ENERGY - Had all company details and bottom line of our supply number and wanted us to give the top line of supply number to confirm. Background sounded dodgy so I gave him the wrong one and he confirmed it was correct. He messed up when he asked for the GAS supply number - we are an all electric building. They ring you up and launch into their patter about time running out to claim for PPI. I don t know whether they are any use to someone who has actually been mis-sold PPI but probably not, as these people would already know and have lodged their claim - free - with their bank. No-one needs these parasites; certainly not me.
Calls constantly either rings once or twice and hangs up or if u are fortunate to catch the call hangs up as soon as u answer !

They scammed the company I work for by paying for their order for banners by cheque. They then claimed to have overpaid by £2,000. Unfortunately our young owner was unaware they had paid by cheque and as Nat West had the money as cleared on his account, he paid them the 2k direct into their bank account! It s harder for young people who have little knowledge of cheques. Robbing, thieving scammers; what goes round comes round - as in you ll get yours !!
