Foreign agent, aske for named person, would not identify themselves.

They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. Have been charged for 11 calls to this number in one day and 4 calls earlier in June. I have not made these calls and have reported it to BT but they can t do anything about it until after my next bill in September.

Very pushy salesman re replacement windows quoting something about a scappage scheme for windows installed pre 2012. Told him house was built in 2015 so I wasn t interested but he wouldn t accept this as a reason to decline. Still talking as I ended the call. Now blocked.
