Message to my mobile phone says I have an undelivered item by Royal Mail due a £2 fee. nMy phone also says it is a suspected scam
This number really is the fraud dept of Smile Bank / The Co-Operative Bank, but there is no way that I would reply to texts of this nature - the fact that a major retail bank is sending out texts like this from an unadvertised mobile number is disgraceful. I called my bank on their advertised Customer Services number, and they said that the text was from them. (Their hold music told me to be wary of fraud - such irony!!)
Indian voice claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse said something like "iPhone 6 iPhone 6 Plus £25 a month everything unlimited." I put my phone number on Gumtree I'm guessing that's where they got it.
