This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Why is there no category for the "your computer has a virus" scam? These people claim to be from Microsoft technical support - hint, Microsoft has no way of knowing that you have a computer, let alone if it is infected with a virus - and want you to give them remote access to your computer to steal your data, or bank details, or lock up your computer and demand a ransom, or just plain scam you for "fixing" something that wasn t broken in the first place. They try to talk you through looking up a licen
