They called my home phone said f.i.p. corporations, never heard of this place left no messages seems like it came from uk.i keep getting messages from UK. O clue.why so many scam calls.they left no messages. This was a call from a person saying they were from Virgin Media reporting that our internet had been hacked on numerous occasions to cut a long story short I was asked to download the TeamViewer App onto my iPad so they could “put everything right” they were very convincing and I foolishly parted with some money before my switched on son overheard me and hung up the call, I have deleted the app and contacted by bank to report the “Scam” I wanted to forewarn everyone if they receive a call hang up immediate
The line was all 'static noise', and the caller hung up after about 20 seconds.

Automated message saying money had been taken off my amazon account ( i dont have one), and an international credit transfer… I believe to be a spam from a small town in Aberdeenshire
Cold call claiming to be about my Life insurance from "MEH", they had my name but no details as to who my provider(s) were. Talking about issue of not being covered due to non-disclosure for older policies. Claimed not to be sales, but during the call I did hear in the background applause and cheers (which indicates someone did make a sale in the same room). I suspect it is a scam designed either to sell you a product or get information about your existing products
