Scam caller claiming to be about an Apple iPad order
SCAM!! Received a call from "David" from carphone warehouse. He called me "Mam" on the phone, and when i asked him what my name was, he said their privacy policy didn't allow them to see names, just numbers. I said I didn't accept calls from people if they didn't know my name and his reply was "are you deaf or something?" I didn't get the chance to answer his question as he swiftly hung up! Clearly a scammer of some sort! AVOID!!

I answered and there is a delay for 2 seconds before the automated message starts telling you to urgently press option 5 to claim your PPI. I hung up, there was no way I was pressing option 5 and probably getting charge ?1,000 a minute!!

Scam. They insisted I had asked for help with services and sent me an email to prove it. Email is blank apart from the only thing there - a button that says "Previous messages". I had no dealings with the caller previously and I know I haven't sent any emails. So it is clear that link goes to and does something fishy!!!

This number just rang my phone, I said hello, they then hung up on me. Agreed with Adam that they want you to phone them back. Found out that it is a charge of 45p-62p per minute to ring back. Also found out it is an individual not a company hoping you will phone him/her back and in doing so they will make him/herself a nice monthly income at your expense.

Fraud Saying my Nat ins number is suspended due to it being connected to an offence. Failure to press 1 and speak to an officer will lead to my national insurance number being suspended, not pressing 1. Outdoor also mean my assets are liable to be stolen. Three Further calls with same recorded message were made from theses numbers. 07584563 followed by 412, 707 and 412. These were over 2 days.
