Then, when I had refused to give straight answers to personal questions, turned abusive having realised I had her number (sorry for the bad joke!). Do not take calls from this number, and if you do, keep making refusals - they won t be playing fair with you.

Number as displayed 0442155556312 African sounding accent - Not fluent in English. Asked if he was talking to mr ******* I asked him to tell me who he was without confirming my name. TalkTalk claim them but don t have records of their calls. They managed to cancel a transfer to another company without my permission. Talk Talk are prohibited from contacting you while a transfer is going through, other than by letter. I think this is an iffy way round the rules. They don t use TT main 0800 telephone number. No records kept. Trading standards next I think
