I have 6 calls in the last few days, despite me telling them not to call again

Called a TPS registered line, asking for a named individual, and identifying themselves as "Jess from BT", and asking to talk about "Your broadband line". This is despite our Internet services not being provided by BT, and the named person that "Jess" was asking for having nothing to do with the provision of our broadband. If she really was from BT (which I very much doubt that she was) then it would be one good reason not to touch them with several barge-poles strapped together.

I was called by 02031577156 today by a chap calling himself Alli? saying he was a technician from Microsoft, when I said to him, I don t think you are, he got very abusive and called m e a b.......y b..ch among other things. I have had these calls before & asked them not to call me, they should be stopped

I had a call from 08004118899 trying to persuade me to buy plan to cover a Hotpoint washing machine as according to them my warranty has expired. Since I have never registered this machine and I doubt the respected shop from which it was bought would give them my details I was suspicious of their company and proposed service. Looking at these comments it would appear I am correct in resisting their advances.

this humber calls my mobile every afternoon about 4.30. Have never answered as I don t recognise the number. Now know it is a telemarketer and glad I didn t answer! What a useful site.

Phoned me saying that I had entered a competition to win either iPhone/iPad/car/?10,000. They know my name, number, postcode and age. They then tried to partake in weekly lottery draws, saying I had 98% chance of winning. I said i wasn t interested and that i hadn t entered any comperition and then hung up.

I received a call from this number. It was from a Dr. working on an NHS research project that I was part of.

Had a call at 1221 today, 12 Jan 17 but caller left no message, so obviously a scam/spoof/marketing call. Tried ringing the number back but got a Sky Voicemail Service. Tried calling the number again at 1530 this afternoon, only to have an automated message saying the Voicemailbox was full & could not take any more messages. Trying to collect for a cancellation fee on an insurance company. Complete jokers. Just ignore/block them. They will never follow through with any threats - they just rely on intimidating people into payment. They will even offer you discounts - a clear sign they know they re not entitled to any money.
