Anyother unwanted number on my mobile phone. Did not answer and have blocked so unable to comment any further on this one.
This Liverpool number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with insurance marketing (accident chasers), but I have found no info about company behind it, did someone answer it (without immediate hunging :) ) and spoke with some real person?
Enough for me to keep this number blocked. Thanks to everyone taking their time to comment on this cold caller.

Fraud - I got a call from this number saying that a money from my account was sent overseas, ask me to press 1 to speak to them otherwise my card will be lock. Logically I hang up. I called back to that number- it comes as unrecognise. My bank will never call me for that!!!
