I received an unsolicited call today from this number. The caller asked if I was called Mrs *********, getting my name wrong. I said "no" but he proceeded anyway, trying to sell me life insurance but dwelling on payout after death. Not what I wanted to hear and certainly not something I would pursue with a total stranger.

The person seamed to know about my Hotpoint purchases and gave the impression that hes was actually from Hotpoint. I took out the cover and cancelled an existing cover with Legal and General.
