Ironically a foreign woman claiming that she was able to stop scam calls if I provided some personal information. I refused stating I was already signed up for the telephone preference Service and she disappeared.

SCAM / SPAM Automated call with a dodgy American accent claiming to be "hmrc" and that I'm under investigation for fraud and to hold the line for the next available agent .
