Man, claiming to be Jonathan Carter from Microsoft, rang from 01142998909. During the call the line dropped and when he rang back it was from this number. He said hackers had taken over my computer in the pass few days. He tried to persuade me to download Anydesk which gives access to my computer on the pretext that it would remove the hackers. When I refused he said he would have to block my computer from the broadband and I would have to come to Microsoft in Reading to have it unblocked

Attempt at an O2 scam, told me I was entitled to a free gift and discount on my tariff as a loyalty reward. I then got sent text messages from O2 with a security code that the caller wanted (not given). It was an attempt to access/take over my account.

Call center SPAM Said his name was Alex, however he had a very strong Indian accent. He said that he was phoning from British Gas!? It was about boiler cover, house hold cover for both gas and electric. Asked a couple of questions. He said that he was calling from London, when I asked him what the weather was like in India, and it would be set up today! Won't stop calling. Every month I have a few days of them calling on different numbers claiming to be a company called sure cover working on behalf of my insurance provider but fail to back that info up

Called it was a recording saying HM revenue and customs I hung up
