I call barred this number yesterday and they managed to ring me again today from the same number!!!!!
I called this number back after a missed call from them. The automated system attendant stated "Thank you for calling Plan International". This is a charity organisation for children that I recently subscribed to (2 staff members approached my home) for monthly donations, thus not a rogue caller (for me anyway)

These people have called the last 4 days on mobile, today I have received 7 calls. Every hour basically, I ve tried calling back no one picks up, they are getting info on apparently ppi refunds. It is an automated message saying that they are HMRC and that a tax fraud claim is made against me, that I should press 1 and talk to a representative otherwise I will be arrested shortly. It is so annoying as to how they get my number, i have had so many unsolicitored calls recently. SPAM 02087413273 rang had some out of date personal details wanted to ask questions when I asked what was the benefit to me to answer questions. She said I could save money. Then proceeded to ask if I was a house owner or rented when I asked how would it save me money by answering her questions she hung up.
