Asked if I have loft insulation and if it is more than 3 years old it will not comply with updated regulations after the Grenfell tower fire. Not sure if this is legit - he wanted to book a half hour survey of my loft. Declined saying that I would check out the government initiatives for myself as this was an unsolicited call.

SCAM - they were trying to offer to switch my phone contract to get a new iPhone. I had to ask repeatedly for them to remove me from their calling list before they listened and said goodbye. Number is now blocked.
Asian called claims to be from house/home put phone down on me when I asked for references not the first time I have been called by these people they just keep changing the number slightly
