There were no less than five calls from this number while I was out. I did not need to be told it was the criminals pestering me again as I have had so many of them. However it was confirmed next day when a call came from a slightly different number, 01614357985. Other sites informed me a large number of people had been called similarly. A call from this number to my grandmother offered a security service she said straight away she was not interested and put the phone down. They phoned back straight away and said that was very rude and used her first name. It was suggested that they should use her surname as they did not know her and he said I know you . A further call was left unanswered. This was quite upsetting. Something should be done about such calls.

"Microsoft" scam, claims she's from Microsoft and there's a problem with my computer and wants to take over my computer to put it right (she must of thought was born yesterday!) so played along with her for a few minutes before calling her a scammer and that there is nothing wrong with my computer.
