Recorded message. No win no fee compensation claims. Option to stop any further calls/remove from their database by pressing 9 on handset - did not do this as it confirms the number they have dialled is valid so they would be likely to call again.

Called saying they were from business roundtable and were doing a survey. I informed him that we did not do surveys especially over the telephone when we do not know who we are giving the information to, he was very polite, but I am not sure if it is a genuine survey or a scam.

These are the same people who say they work for Beneficial/ring about a road traffic accident in the last 2 years/ring about your life insurance policy or any other thing they can think of to try to get sensitive information out of you.
